It can be lots of fun planning your own event, however, often time clients will just be too busy to research and meet vendors and even secure a location before your event date is taken. It can be difficult to dedicate as much time as you would like. How can I justify the cost of an Event Specialist?

We will leverage our vendor relationships to negotiate better rates for you rather than you contacting the vendor directly. There is already an on-site coordinator at my church or event location. Do I need another one?
The on-site coordinator is great in helping with the logistics of the location itself, but typically does not coordinate vendors and services beyond the realm of the location. Signature Event Agency will work with you from the very beginning – from when your start looking for your perfect location and vendors – to when the lights go on at the end of your event. We will work closely with the on-site coordinator to move the event along so you can enjoy the entire experience.
